Hari ini 

 

 Kali ini saya mencoba makan pangsit, ini enak banget. saya dapat lokasinya di Denpasar dipinggir jalan. wah asyik banget, harganya lumayan banget, ini saya bei 12k saja. tapi rasanya enak banget loh. asli deh. 

Makan Mie Pansit Di Jl. Cokro Pematang Siantar

Kali ini kami pergi ke Jl. Cokro untuk makan Mie Pansit, mmm kali ini enak banget bisa makan bareng sama kakak. Yang mana waktu SMA kita hanya lewat aja hihi, dan kalaupun bisa makan Pansit nunggu dibalenin sama kakak kedua.

Rasa Pangsit sungguh luar b9asa Nikmat, Setelah dari tempat ini kami langsung pergi Toko Souvenir untuk beli oleh-oleh.

Kalau datang ke sini tak lupa singgah ditempat.

Explore the River

 Hello Fellas!

I hope you are doing well as we did. We  treasured the river at my Village. I was not alone, I were companied by my Sister, Niece and nephews. its about 750 meter away from home. so just walk and treasure the river. at the middle of journey we passed some field and farming. we decide to treasure the river. The river with beatiful memories with it. I was flash back to 2002😁 nothing is cange with the rive. the only one is only the farming, they already replant the palm tree. 

SO we stat it from home went down the lane of the village . We went there by foot. We wanna explore and swim at the river. the location in Aek Bontar, Simalungun regency. This river nearby my Village. Just 10 minute walking distance from home.  Here is the Video how we enjoy our weekend at Village.

 

We treasure with funexploration, we are so lucky today because the river shallow and friendly treasure and good for the kids. We always train them to explore and get closer and love nature. So our exploration was really good. The video above to just told about how we explore the river and the would  Show you  how we swim there. So  stay tune guys!

How I spent my weekend?

Every single weekend is different but mostly we stay at home. family time. normally I will spend all the night with family as we live in country site. so no much entertaintment. or no restaurant or caffee nearby to to hangout with. that's way we get used to cook to spend the weekend. alright this weekend I cooked Lontong or rice cake for breakfast. as we our main course is  rice, so we try to make it different. I cooked the rice cake at night and the next morning I prepared the sauce or peanut souce and noodle and some boiled Vegetable. we call it Lontong Pecal.

 All the family member love it so much. and we really enjoy the Pecal. I'm so Happy at the time. So we breakfast together and we went to the church ....

And I believe you guys know how to boiled some Vegetable  :)

And to make lontong or Rice cake is simple. Follow  the link here Rice Cake But the lontong I made is a bit different. I was cook at wok and the  the water 1 : 4, so the rice 1 cup and the water is 4 Cup for additional I put  Powder rice cake so the rice cake is chewy. 

The ingredient is

1 cup Rice

4 Cup Water

1 tea spoon  Powder rice cake

Direction :

Prepare wok, Put the rice and water and Powder rice cake and cooked.

Cooked it like the way to cook rice porridge. after well-done. let it till thick. and lontong is ready to serve.
